Does a quote cost anything?
No. Quotes are free and there’s no obligation. Nothing is ordered until you approve the parts list.
How long does it take?
You get your quote within 24 to 48 hours. Most builds are done in 7 to 10 business days, depending on the build and parts availability.
Why do builds start at $1,750?
Parts prices are high right now, so $1,750 is where a new custom build makes sense. Under that, upgrading the PC you already have is usually the better move, and part installs start at $79.
Do you ship?
Yes. Pick it up at the shop on N May Ave, or we pack it and ship it anywhere in the contiguous U.S.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Financing is available in store and online.
Can I return a custom build?
Every build is made to order, so custom PCs are final sale. That’s why nothing is ordered until you approve the parts list. If anything is wrong with it, the 1-year parts warranty covers it.
