How much does virus removal cost?
Our Clean and Tune is a flat $249 and includes virus and malware removal, scammer cleanup, updates, and testing.
I let a scammer into my computer. What do I do?
Disconnect it from the internet, don’t log in to your bank on it, and bring it in. Call your bank about any accounts you used. We’ll remove the remote-access software they installed.
Will I lose my files?
No. The Clean and Tune cleans your computer without wiping it.
