Local pickup

Choose pickup at checkout and we’ll let you know when your order is ready at 6607 N May Ave, Oklahoma City. Pickup is free during store hours, Monday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm.

Where we ship

We ship within the contiguous United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

When it ships

Custom PCs ship once they’re built and tested, and other orders ship once they’re packed and ready. We’ll confirm the timing with you when you order and email tracking when it leaves the shop.

How PCs are packed

Every PC is packed by our own techs, who know which parts need extra support for the trip.

If it arrives damaged

Take photos of the box and the PC before unpacking further, then email rma@computerconnectionok.com with your order number right away. We’ll work with you and the carrier to make it right.
