Computer acting up? Start with a $99 diagnostic.

Slow, frozen, won’t turn on, or full of pop-ups. A tech tests it for a full business day, tells you exactly what’s wrong, and calls with your options in writing. Go ahead with the repair and the diagnostic is free.

Not sure, or it could be a few things? The diagnostic is the faster and cheaper path. Guessing at a repair costs more than finding the real problem first.

Common questions

Not seeing yours? Call (405) 848-2044 and ask a tech.

Do you charge to look at it?

The diagnostic is $99, and it’s free if you approve the repair or buy a new computer from us within 30 days. If you bought your PC from us, hardware diagnostics are free for life.

What if you find a quick fix during the diagnostic?

Sometimes the fix turns up while we’re testing. We call you before we do it. If you say yes, it’s a Standard repair at $189, and the $99 diagnostic is included in that price.

What if the problem only happens sometimes?

The diagnostic includes a full day of testing. If it still hasn’t shown up, we can keep testing at $25 an hour while we’re open, never more than $200 a day, and only up to the amount you approve when you drop it off. On a PC we built, extended monitoring is $10 an hour.

How long will it take?

Many software jobs are done the same day. Hardware depends on parts, and we’ll give you a clear date. Need it sooner? Add Next on Bench or Now on Bench.

Are my pictures and files safe?

Yes. Tell us at drop-off what you can’t lose. If a repair puts your files at any risk, we talk about backing them up before anything else happens.

Is it worth fixing, or should I buy new?

New computers have gotten a lot more expensive. A repair usually costs well under half of replacing it, and we’ll tell you honestly when it isn’t worth it.

What if the fix doesn’t hold?

30-day labor warranty: if the same issue comes back within 30 days, we fix it with no labor charge. Replacement parts are billed as usual.
