How long does a build take?
Most builds are done in 7 to 10 business days after you approve the parts list, depending on parts availability. If a part is delayed, we tell you right away.
Can I upgrade it later?
Yes. We build so the graphics card, memory, storage, and processor can be upgraded down the road.
What’s covered after I take it home?
Every PC we build or sell gets lifetime hardware diagnostics and a 1-year parts warranty. If a covered part fails, bring it in and we diagnose and replace it at no cost. Diagnostics cover the hardware, not software.
Can a gaming PC handle content creation?
Usually, yes. A good gaming PC is a strong start for streaming and editing. We’ll tell you where extra memory, storage, or cores would actually help.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Financing is available in store and online.
What if something’s wrong with it?
Every build is made to order, so custom PCs are final sale. If anything is wrong with it, the warranty covers it: bring it in and we’ll make it right.
